• TROUBLESHOOTING: What to do if the doors stay locked? If the doors stay locked, the switch on the back of the magnetic lock needs to be flicked upwards to then allow the door to be open. A diagram is available on page 4 of the instruction manual. Repeat step 7: On the magnetic lock, push the catch upwards to activate it. It will click into place and become loose once properly pushed, enabling the door to open.
